OK, I just got this stuff so it's too soon to tell if it will work or not but WOW...it tastes really nasty! I don't know what planet the creators are from saying it tastes like cinnamon...maybe if the cinnamon had been steeped in a big ol' cup of nasty and let sit and ferment into a cup of total nasty...hopefully to works so I'm not putting my tastebuds through this for nothing. I'll check back in a month...

Okay, yes, it tastes bad. So What! You put it under your tongue (where at least I can't taste it) for a little bit and than wash it down with water. If you read the bottle, it says it MIGHT take a few days to really work (as it is absorbed in you system). What is great about this dietarty supplement is it doesn't keep you up all night, or give you the shakes (and it really works for ME). I have no desire for snacking when I get bored like I used to. I love it.
