Into my 4th week (2nd pack) so early days but signs are good, not feeling tired or sluggish after sleep, even noticed my skin seems better. All seems positive so will definitely carry on and see how things go.

I love this product! A multi-vitamin that covers all bases, is scientifically backed and scientifically dosed. I have taken various multi-vitamins for year and this is the first product where I actually feel like I am getting a benefit. I am a man baby and don’t like most vegetables and eat limited fruit so knowing I can help any deficiencies with a properly researched multi-vitamin product ticks the box for me. If you are looking for a multi-vitamin product, seriously give this a try. If you are still not convinced, check out the awesome supplement website and read the articles, and if you’re not convinced after that, do a side by side ingredients comparison with any other product. Awesome are a supplement company I have come to trust over the years, they base their whole product line on scientific research and correct dosage. Awesome also put a lot of effort into sustainable products and packaging, even down to full recyclable packaging and not including plastic scoops in their products (wooden scoops sold separately, or just weigh out measurements with kitchen scales and a spoon!). This stuff is actually Awesome.

After many years of trying different products I started using awesome defence and Omega. I love the formulation and these hit all my needs. The products are super high quality, great price and the brand develop their supplements informed by the latest science and evidence. I particularly appreciate their approach to sustainability and the Omega are sourced responsibly which is incredibly important. I take them daily with my evening meal, followed up with the new Awesome Sleep supplement (the hot chocolate flavour is SO good). These are my permanent stack and I won’t be looking elsewhere. HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve used this multivitamin for over a year now and it’s made a massive difference to my energy levels and immune system.

The pouch received has a best before end date of 08/2026 and a batch number printed on the rear. My order was placed and received during December 2024. The suggested use is 4 capsules per day, taken with food and alongside their Awesome Omega product (which I don't have). I have taken this daily amount split up with two capsules in the morning and two later during the day; and I have taken the daily serving suggestion by consuming all 4 capsules at the same time. It is supposed to be research based amounts. However. We, individually, will have differing requirements. As our health status, genetics, and daily activity levels will vary from one another. Which can impact our general requirements and well-being. Quite expensive compared to some other multivitamins supplements but a similar price to others. Seeing as the price of supplements can drastically vary in the marketplace between brands.

I’ve been taking Awesome Supplements Defence since 2018. I get less colds and if I do get one it doesn’t hang around for as long and is not as bad. The eat a varied diet but still can’t get everything my body needs to run optimally and I definitely wouldn’t get enough Vitamin D if I didn’t take the is as aback stop. Th Omega fish oil is also great! I was worried it would repeat but it doesn’t. I train a lot, I get less joint pain than I used to and I feel like I recover better. I think this is because it’s anti-inflammatory. It’s heavy metal free so you don’t have to worry in the way you would if you were eating oily fish. You’d have to eat fish more than 4x per week to get the equivalent in Omega 3 and 6 in the right ratio and quantity so this works out much better for your wallet! I can highly recommend both these products

Hands down the best product on the market if you're looking for a high dose, evidence based advanced multi-vitamin to support optimal health. It contains a blend of the key vitamins including D, E, C & B12 and minerals including iron, iodine, calcium and magnesium. Yes, it's a higher price point and yes, you have to take 4 capsules (which some people have reported they don't like) but that just speaks to the quality of the product and the high doses of each vitamin and mineral that's packed in there. You simply cannot get the right doses in 1 or 2 capsules, and supplement companies that tell you that you can, are not being honest or selling a quality product. Similarly, the Awesome Omega is just as good. It contains the EPA and DHA from marine algae - rather than fish oil - meaning it's sustainable and vegan friendly and the recommended dose is 3 capsules. Again, it's research backed and to get the optimal dose, the 3 capsules are needed. I take both Defence and Omega as part of my daily supplement routine. As a company, Awesome Supplements has excellent ethics and is really trying to disrupt the supplements market and call out all the BS other supplement companies come out with. They will get my vote every time!
