I am pleased with these vitamins. They are medium sized and easy to swallow. I take them after breakfast each morning and have never experienced an after taste or upset stomach. I do believe they are doing something positive because of all the fruit and vegetables they contain. (I don’t eat enough vegetables). I buy them when Amazon has a sale. It’s a large bottle, so you get many servings. I hope they work as well for you as they do for me.

A quality product! Yes, I tried the brand in the ads, but it's SO expensive I went looking for an alternative. I tried these and, in addition to being reasonably priced, only required me to take 2 capsules of each compared to 3 of the other brand. My energy level immediately increased. Not jittery or wired feeling, but that 2:00 "I need a cup of coffee or a nap" feeling went away. I noticed its effects in only 2 days. I've recommended this to several friends. They were skeptical at first, but not now.

Inspired by a documentary on a rabbit farm where the animals were fed grass pellets, I began looking for an easier way to consume more leafy greens. This in theory looks good, but they are too expensive and the capsules are not very full. Now, I fill my own capsules with vegetable powders and flaxseed meal. Every day, I take wheatgrass, alfalfa, and spirulina tablets, along with psyllium husk, celery, and flaxseed meal capsules. They are very easy to swallow, and I wouldn’t be able to get this many vegetables into my diet any other way.

Bast bang for your buck the one they advertise on tv cost much more with same ingredients.
