Does what it advertises and my dog dragged it off of the table by the cord (accidentally, he's got zero spatial awareness) and it only suffered a loose wire. The only things I don't like about this computer are all Windows issues and not the computer itself.

This laptop is carrying me. Absolutely worth the money, fast, sturdy, playable, and edgy af. Zero complaints. Everything is happening on this laptop. All my games are actually playable now. My life is healed. Speakers are not great, but its designed to be used with headphones so it's your fault if you expect anything more than this perfection.

Excellent gaming platform, light weight very manageable. Recommend installing ram, it came with eight megs of ram< I increased it to thirty-two megs. Works great.

I purchased this laptop almost a year ago and have used it more or less daily since it arrived. It does all the things you would expect a laptop to do. It is a little light on the RAM, but that's easily upgradeable, and I upgraded mine from 8 GB to 16 GB, which I would say is the minimum for any serious gaming these days. As this is a budget gaming laptop, the compromises had to come in somewhere. Those compromises are mainly the battery life and build quality. This is not a laptop that can go all day. Far from it. The battery will give you two hours of internet browsing at best and less than an hour if you want to try gaming on the battery. That in itself is not a major problem for me. I mostly use this as a desktop replacement when I'm away on business or the like, but if you plan to use it for note taking in class or something similar, pick something with a better battery life. As long as its plugged in, it's a good little machine. It's fast and quiet. That being said, I have my doubts about whether this could survive a drop from being carried without exploding into a million pieces. The plastic feels a little flimsy, so my advice is... don't drop it? I guess? Nobody ever plans to do that. It's also worth mentioning that there are transparent keys on the keyboard. If you shed hair or dust, that's going to be visible under the keys. Getting a cover for the keyboard might be a good idea if this bothers you. All of the compromises I've mentioned are reasonable for the price. I can play Helldivers 2 on low, and Deep Rock Galactic on medium, just to give you an idea of the performance. This thing won't play Elden Ring on high, but it can play most older games without breaking a sweat.

It’s a nice laptop, overall, specially if the RAM is upgraded. Beware, though, that there seems to be a GPU problem that will randomly make the screen glitch out. Resetting the display driver almost never works and updating the display driver hasn’t worked either. Perhaps rolling it back could work but I haven’t found a solution to this problem so far, beyond rebooting when it happens. It makes the user experience dreadful, specially since I use it often to present materials in a classroom setting.

Sorry gamers. I am not a gamer. I bought this to pay off for a monthly of 5 payments. However, I do love this laptop. I got it for the memory, big screen, and just to do homework on and stream shows on Prime and Disney+. I do not experience loud fan or noise, and I play solitaire and love it! Noise level seems good to me. Charging is good, and everything works well as what it is supposed to do. I got internet, works fast, and the color changing keyboards is fun! You can come up with your own color changing cycles. I have not experienced this laptop heating or anything. Keyboard is amazing and the screen is pretty huge from my last Lenovo one I had! Hoping to last this for years! I do just plan to use this for school and streaming shows. So hoping this will last longer than my 2-year laptop :)

Pretty nice laptop for video and gaming. Might want to add more SSD memory to it as the 500GB goes pretty fast. Also the battery life isn't very good. Lasts maybe 1.5 hours

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas. She had asked for a laptop that could handle certain games (SIMS, Roblox, Fortnite, etc). I knew nothing about buying a gaming laptop. So I looked at so many different ones, and chose this one because based on my research and also on the reviews, it seemed like others had success with the games I mentioned on this laptop. Also it wasn't as expensive as most of the others I considered. My daughter loves this laptop!! She plays games with her brother (he plays on the PS5) and she tells me her laptop is "faster" than his PS5. I have 4 kids and a puppy, and this laptop has been through it- it is tough as nails (or at least has been for us). She has nothing negative to say about it, quite amazing for a 12 year old 😁 I would 100% buy this again- it is better than I imagined!

The RAM is only 8Gb and the SSD is only 512. So, you will need to upgrade it more

bluetooth is not working, i refunded the laptop since 20 days and i did not receive any refund approve for now, very very low performance and unexpected behavior from Amazon
