I have been taking this product for 9 months now. This helps my migraines tremendously. I have constant tension in my neck and back that is also helped by this. I've fallen off taken it for a week and I felt my migraines and neck pain pick back up in intensity. I suggest taking them consistently to avoid this. I take two a day. I have tried tons of remedies and medications for migraines that were at 4 per week at their worst. Now I can go weeks without one. In addition to reducing frequency, it has also reduced intensity. This is just amazing after struggling for years. It can be a little hard on the stomach so I take it following a meal. I have a sensitive stomach so others may not have this problem. I take this along with magnesium and Botox every 3 months. Hope this helps someone else out there suffering!

It actually works. When the weather changes my wife gets migraines that cause flashing lights in her eyes. This actually stops stops the lights and easiesee the migraine she says.

This product is amazing. I've suffered with chronic migraines for years that lasts for days. I've been taking these two at night for two months now. I've had one bad headaches for a couple of hours and a couple minor headaches, but no migraines. Had to brag on this product to my neurologist. I love that it has natural ingredients. I wish pharmaceutical company's would use more natural ingredients and less chemicals.
