Quality, great results
I’m disabled and can’t use knives to cut up vegetables for cooking. This device works well and provides great results. Love it!

It work 3 times and the motor died
It was great when it worked. All 3 times I used it. Cleaning up is hassle because of all the small pieces that gets trap in between the crevices and blades. The 4th time I tried using the chopper - blade won't spin and I smelled something burning. I had no issue prior to the first 3 times of using it. Now it's just a very heavy paper weight.

Perfect dice and easy to use.
Got this to do bulk food prep. I did huge batch of different onions, peppers, tomatoes, carrots and potatoes. This all went so fast, the blades are very sharp and made quick and easy work of all the veggies. This wasn’t very expensive ( compared to others) and I had my doubts, but it was great! Clean up was not bad especially with the wire brushes that came with the machine. On the advice of another reviewer I did buy some protective gloves to handle the blades.

I am overall impressed
We have a small restaurant. It's hard to find a carrot or papaya shedder. The problems with most is that they too small, too week, really just made for cheese or way to expensive. This has left us with a hard mandolin for hours every week. This really feels like a time saver. It can shred carrots and papayas, slice green and white onion and cube cut onions (we tried cubing carrots it worked but felt like it was hard on the machine and also hard to clean up)The only real problems i have with it are:No place to store the other blades. The pusher is not solid on one side.Slicing blades are not adjustable. We have only given it a few hours of work so far, but I am overall impressed.

Functionality
In theory works… but in reality it is lacking in its ability to function as it is designed. Sharp blades which is a plus…however, chunks of food get stuck under the blade and disrupts the entire process. It took more time peeling 5 potatoes than it did to get food unstuck from under blades! in addition, there are no tools made available that will assist with this process!. Once the food got stuck, it was almost impossible to even remove the cover in order to get under the blades … once cover finally removed…… now a second challenge getting under blades The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke; second time …annoyed …third time… returning… AND this was on ONE POTATO! Don’t waste your money!!

Could not separate blades
Ok quality but not as good as expected. Blades were sharp and would have probably been good slicer if you could change out parts

Great machine
This machine is incredible. We use it to chop vegies for a specific meal we prepare and it cut prep time from hours to minutes. Be careful while cleaning though, if you touch the chopper grid, it will cut you.

Not commercial grade.
So, I got this to make the farmer’s dog food recipes. I was soo excited no more dicing 15 cups of sweet potatoes by hand! Well… the blade is dull. I touch it and it does not even cut my finger. Red flag one. Then I started trying to use it. The zuccini it diced like a pro, I was so happy. Then came the big problem sweet potatoes… The machine jams. It took over 30 mins to dig out the potatoes from under the blade to get it to move again. Now if the blade was sharp it would not have been an issue. This happened 3 times, I finally gave up and diced the vegetables by hand. Now my food processor has no problems with sweet potatoes, but sadly it does not have a dice feature. This was a waste of time and money. I tried to contact the company as asked in the product description for help, but just was sent right to amazon for return. I am returning and buying a better quality product. I am so disappointed in this product. They need to be honest and stop selling it as commercial grade.
