To be honest, I didn't know what to expect when I ordered these lights. First of all, they arrived early, which always impresses me. I have a couple high end 365nm UV lights, and was looking for an inexpensive alternative to keep on my desk and not worry about losing an expensive light. It is not quite at the level of the high end lights, but much closer to them then I expected. I power mine with 2300 mAh 14500 batteries, and that brought the power up to an impressive level. The construction is sturdy with a nice finish. The most pleasant surprise is the wide area of coverage . The zoom works well, but I just leave them on wide angle for my uses. You really can't go wrong with these lights. Even if you're looking for a high end light, you might still consider buying these as back up lights.

I was looking for a NDT penetrant light, works good, intensity for my needs is 2" from surface of part, too much white light any closer. But really like it. If you want to use the bathroom again--do not use this light to inspect in dark.

I bought this set of two flashlights for the 365nm output peak in the UV. I wanted to be able to illuminate yellow paint that contained a fluorescent additive. In contrast to other UV flashlights offered on Amazon, the peak output of these are deeper into the UV, around 365nm. Other UV flashlights often have their peak output around 395nm. In a side-by-side comparison, the 365nm resulted in a more intense yellow than the 395nm ones when illuminating the fluorescent paint.I'm very pleased with these 365nm flashlights. They give better intensity for my particular application.

Seems to work properly illuminating pet stains, I did dock 1 star because it gets very warm when using 14500 batteries. Warm enough that it worried me I was going to damage the light. But otherwise it functions as I would expect it to.

Small, durable and bright enough for uranium glass identification in daylight. Small enough to fit in a front shirt pocket, pants pocket or small bag. We also purchased larger UV lights that have other features and are larger but they fell apart the first time we used them. Not these though, they're perfect.

I'm very happy with these uv leds. They work very well at curing solder mask paint. Output doesn't seem to be as intense as other options, but the wavelength seems much better matched.

Looks exactly like one I had purchased. Order this 2 pack. Side by side they are react but considerable not as bright. They are workable for what we need... so keeping for now. Read description better next time.

Really weak light beam ,but it works well in really dark rooms .....at night ..... with no moon......and clouds out.
