I like that it lowers the chances of them dropping stuff while we are driving in-between visits with the inlaws. I found this very easy to use and it is very portable. I also liked how easy it is to clean of sticky mess from snacks.

These work nice on road trips for my toddler. It will definitely buy you quiet time in the car while they draw or read in the car. I loved this travel tray for my son but unfortunately his tablet did not fit into the iPad compartment. Other than that, he loved the whiteboard and was easy to store away after a use and it’s easy to take with on trips.
