Better than the other brand i tried, here's why
Firstly, for $10 at the time of writing this, it's a great deal. Especially when considering the props that come at no additional cost. So that's a plus. I ordered two different brands of 8.5x20mm coreless motors. The first kit that arrived, had no jst connectors, but extra length of wire compared to hobbypower. HP did come with connectors though and a short length of wire. Where the HP motors seem to be best is the balance felt while operating the motors and matched power output. The other brands motors vibrated pretty hard and i decided not to use those at all because of it. i tested them all using AA battery while holding the motors. That's when i felt the hobby power motors were better due to lower noise, better balance and fair price. Only negative was one prop had too big a hole to fit the diameter of the motor shaft. Had to use a dab of crazy glue, no big deal though. Also, could've sworn two motors weren't operating in the correct direction, but i switched the leads and was good afterwards. I was confused at first with too many motors in front of me and scratching my head trying to figure out why i still had all 4 motors going CW.

Amazing price - lots of fun to experiment with!
These are the perfect size for Piper Cub rubber band model airplanes. DO NOT USE Propeller for rubber bad - it fits the shaft, but will burn up the electric motor in seconds! Use the propellors that come with the motor!

A little strong
They're nice motors but they'll pull 4+ amps at 3.7v with the propellers so you better have good PWM

Lots of Thrust with the Included Props, Likes to get Warm
These motors are perfect for running on 1S (3.7V) LiPo's. They move a crazy amount of air with the included props! However, I would caution against running these at their maximum 5V for any extended period of time. They start to get hot very quickly. Consider using a smaller-pitch prop if you plan on running them at 5V. These motors have a terrific amount of thrust for their size--you could build a nice quad with a set of these. Just be sure to give them good airflow, as I doubt the tiny ventilation holes adequately cool it under high loads. These motors have very powerful magnets, which you can feel by how much force it takes to separate them in the packaging. I expect them to have great speed response, especially given that they are coreless motors.

50/50
Morors are great. Blades that come with motors suck. Makes drone wobble.

Nice tiny motor
They are a lot smaller than I thought they were and pack a punch but I only had them a reasonable amount of time and two died on me. I am not blaming anyone but myself as I wasn't really taking the best care with them and putting them through a lot of testing. So they aren't durable but they are good for small aircraft. (My calculations can be wrong but they have about half a kilo of thrust at 5v)

Great
Great little motors. Used them on a drone i was building and they work wonderfully. Would totally recommend.

No son capaces de elevar una batería de 9V + arduino + frame de cartón. Por otro lado, la batería se consumió en unos 5min.
