It's a yoga block. What more can I say?

This is a good quality yoga block. It feels solid and sturdy, for wear and tear, and is lighter than some of the cork blocks I've used. I have come to prefer cork blocks because they have a bit more weight and traction and feel less likely to slip in a crucial moment of support.SIZE: It's not a full depth for a standard full-sized block, more like 3/4, though the width and length are very standard. Good for forward bends, but not as much height for reclining bridge pose.MATERIAL: The cork itself does not appear a solid piece but rather small pieces bound together.SCENT: There is a moderate odour, a lot like wood glue, that will likely gas off over time, but to be aware of that if you were to put into use immediately.
