Sweet taste so it’s easy to drink. A good range of vitamins in it. Noticeable difference in how fast my hair grows. My skin feels better also, but I’m using it in conjunction with other skin products. It’s not silly expensive like some of the other supplements but seems to have similar ingredients. Good all rounder.

Absolutely love this stuff, the taste, the ease of taking it and already noticed a difference with my skin and hair.

Very nice taste! Unfortunately, I had to stop using it after 2 weeks as it was interfering with my laser hair removal treatment- considering it made my hair grow again, I assume it really does what it says

This collogen has many benefits. I am on my second bottle and hopefully see the signs of hair and nail growth. Its quite sweetish but not hard to take

Cannot comment on any benefit yet as it’s been too short time using them, supposedly it’ll last 90days. However I can comment the taste being rather unpleasant. The flavour is very strong and sweet probably in the attempt of covering the fish taste - which unfortunately isn’t covered at all, probably enhanced. Really difficult to have.Additionally, not sure if it is actually effective for joints as that’s supposed to be bovine collagen, not the marine and there’s no leaflet accompanying the products not a product packaging

I think this is great , i suffer with nerve problems on my c5,c6 disc and this really helped me, i couldnt belive it, it notfully gone but alot better, not a bad taste either,good price to pay for somethig that helps me, quick delivery.

I've been taking this for 3 wks and im impressed with it ,my nails are so strong and healthy,my hair is growing faster and lovely shine ,my skin looks great ,I don't mind the tast ,I take this with vitamin C.I'm very happy an̈d recommended it to my friend .
