Sweet taste so it’s easy to drink. A good range of vitamins in it. Noticeable difference in how fast my hair grows. My skin feels better also, but I’m using it in conjunction with other skin products. It’s not silly expensive like some of the other supplements but seems to have similar ingredients. Good all rounder.

I’ve been using and still using the Swedish Nutra Collagen Gold Retinol and I highly recommend it! With 12,500 mg of fish collagen, plus hyaluronic acid and vitamins, it’s made a noticeable difference in the health of my skin, hair, and nails. I love that it’s sugar-free and has a pleasant berry flavor, making it easy to take daily. It’s a premium-quality supplement that truly delivers results.

I have been taking this liquid collagen for just over two months. I haven’t noticed a difference in the youth of my skin, however I have noticed my skin looking brighter. The liquid is quite strong and thick so I mix with a little water which makes it a fruit juice consistence and dulls the strength of the flavour. Overall a good product and I will continue to purchase and used daily. Only 4 stars due to no noticeable difference in the maturation of my 34 year old skin..

So far so good , quality product like the others I have tried from this brand. Nice taste , not sweet or cloying , slightly fruity flavour . Too soon as yet to determine the full efficacy of the product so will update my review at a later date.

Tastes good. On my second bottle

Cannot comment on any benefit yet as it’s been too short time using them, supposedly it’ll last 90days. However I can comment the taste being rather unpleasant. The flavour is very strong and sweet probably in the attempt of covering the fish taste - which unfortunately isn’t covered at all, probably enhanced. Really difficult to have.Additionally, not sure if it is actually effective for joints as that’s supposed to be bovine collagen, not the marine and there’s no leaflet accompanying the products not a product packaging

Very effective for skin

I had a cut that developed into an ulcer and after a year of dermatologist treatment it did nothing but get bigger but after 3 month's of taking this it finally started healing and by month 4 it completely closed and on top of that joint pain I am suffering with has also started to improve. The measuring cup it comes with makes it an easy supplement to take although it taste a little strong the benefits far beyond outweigh this. I have zero plans to ever stop taking this supplement.
