Black is just straight out green and no amount of changing contrast brightness or other photo editing helps resolve this.Contact their support through their website, got an ai altered response from a rep.Rep said he’ll send out another black bottle to hopefully fix the problem but haven’t received anything in monthsWent with another brand from local cake supplier and worked perfectly first try after heavy cleaning of the printer
