These are some of my favorite flavor Bloks. Great fuel for my long runs. I use them regularly along with some other fuelsโฆ great texture for gummies and works well with my stomach.

Good for long training days
For me, these don't work as well as gels for running, but I really like them for long martial arts training days. They're easy on the stomach and provide a much needed boost to help me keep going for hours.
