Great little heat pump heater, read the fine print only 4000 btu heating, will heat a decent size room, cooling works great.

Great Performance, High Quality, Keeps Room Comfortable at an Affordable Price.
Quality Air Conditioner with Heat. I installed this through the wall and it was fairly easy to do if you have some experience working with your hands. The unit works well on 110 volt and has some good options and controls. This unit is actually quiet and conditions my 400 square feet room. I like the remote control, it's easy to use. The completed project took me a full day to complete which is pretty fast.

My central unit went out. This was perfect I used it all winter. It kept me warm. With it and my fireplace I was toasty

Warm feature doesn’t get the temperature right
bought it for the cooling and heating features for a enclosed patio. The cooling definitely kicks in but the heating doesn’t really get the space too warm. I still need a heating element to keep the space warm.

Doesn't heat!
If you are looking for a heater, look somewhere else. Haven't tested it as AC yet, bought it because of the advertising on the heating feature. Disappointed 😞

Reliable Comfort with Outstanding Support
I bought this for our camper and, at first, we ran into a small issue that was completely on our end. Crap
I have had this for a week bought it because it said it had heat. We'll the heat blows cool air and doesn't heat the room ran it overnight the temperate never sustained at the setting of 75 intact the temperature dropped tremendously overnight I do not recommend you by for the heating part . I haven't tested the air but I feel I wasted 400.00 dollars I really didn't have .
