Just pure palatinose
Low glycemic index alternative to sugar, won't affect teeth and won't cause a sugar crash. Can be used for baking as well. 2 things to keep in mind: 1) you need to let your intestine get used to it at first, so start with 1 or 2 teaspoons per day and gradually work your way up. 2) it's half as sweet as table sugar (aka sucrose) so you'll need to use twice the amount the get the same sweetness.
