There are more than enough pieces here. The throat/thyroid strips are nice. They fold weird on the neck though. There should be a way to design them specifically so they don't bunch up and fold when velcro'd around your neck.The big band is nice. I have not used any around my knees, feet, calves, thighs, or arms.I did try using the 2 round pieces for chest/breast health. It was weird because they don't seem made to nicely cup the roundness of a breast area. They're too large and so there's material that folds as well. Aside from that, get yourself some good castor oil after doing your research. And get yourself some 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils, and get yourself a heating pad to help absorb the oil better.One thing I feel confused and unsure about: the instructions that accompany this set of castor oil wraps says something about wash or rinse each piece first before you use it. I'm unsure if they mean for you to wash and then dry it completely, or wash it and then use it damp to help absorption of the oils. If you use them damp, I think it makes for discomfort. Other than that, it's fine. I think the button clasps and straps are nice and strong. But I do think the straps will eventually fray and unravel, leaving me with a couple larger pieces of the wrap that I won't really be able to use well, unless I use plastic wrap to secure the large (abdomen/liver/spleen wrap) around my middle. This is only once the strap to close it around me frays and is worn out.

These are great. I love that they're cute and the way they feel. Super absorbent so I can load on the castor oil! Used them so many times and haven't had an issues with leaking out. I wish they had a different method of attaching the knee and stomach, something other than the tiny elastic and buttons. Would be better with a wider elastic strap. Not a huge issue with the stomach pad but the knee one is a different story. I sleep with these on and after making the knee pads tight enough, I'll wake up with pain and irritation where the elastic has been rolled up and digging into my skin.

THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE. NOT AS SHOWN AT ALL. AND THE COTTON WHERE THESE PADS TOUCH YOUR SKIN ARE NOT COTTON SO ALLERGY PRONE THEN SKIP IT. But the photos are totally false. Totally DOCTORED PHOTOS. Breast/chest pads? THEY ARE 9 INCHES ACROSS SEE PHOTO. No way can you get these under a bra. THE FOOT PADS unusable. 13x5" long and 5 inches wide it will NOT get close to the plantar fascitis if related to your arch. Not on a 7.5-8 sized foot. SEE PICTS... but the worst part is the torso. 18 long by 9.5 tall. Good luck wearing that to bed as an example. I would never have thrown money away and I am personally going to diy sports bandages and compresses to get things that FIT as the purpose it NOT to get oil everywhere. Bad to not have this returnable. Should be removed from Amazon's product offerings.

I haven't use all of the 8 pieces yet, but velcro is my preference, than others with buttons. Good material and they do absorb the castor oil.

Product is just what it describes and it works good, but quality could be better.

It does keep the oils from getting on my clothes and bed. Easy to use.
