Easy to swallow tablets. Much easier than having to mix powders in water. Swallow the tablets and you've hit your creatine dose. Job done.

Good product, Serving size is 4 capsules a day! that is far too much and you will have better value buying the powdered form from sites like my protein instead.

I liked the way this Creatine is easy to consume, just pop a few pills, much easier than messy powder which makes a mess and tastes awful, I’m incorporating Creatine into my stack as I’ve read about the brain neurological benefits as we age, it makes me feel good and train better also.

dosage of 3 grams is 4 tablets but daily recommended dose for average adult male weighing 80kg is 5 grams, so you would need to take 7 tablets daily! that means there's only 17 days worth per tub. not good value
