Review: Decent knife - I use and have used many chef's knives but this one was way heavier and felt way bigger in my hands. Now mind you my previous knife is also almost 8 inches long and I have quiet big hands but still this knife felt heavier and big. The knife is sharp and the spine is unusually thick which makes it look like some sort of a short cleaver. You can use this knife for daily use and maybe for professional use too I guess. All the day to day tasks and almost all heavy cutting can be done with this knife but if you have smaller hands then you need to think about this knife.

The knife is sharp and the spine is unusually thick which makes it look like some sort of a short cleaver. You can use this knife for daily use and maybe for professional use too I guess. All the day to day tasks and almost all heavy cutting can be done with this knife but if you have smaller hands then you need to think about this knife.
