Helped with my digestion and made my bowels more regular after about two weeks of taking it did I noticed an improvement. No adverse reactions were noticed after taking . Swallowing is ok. May be a bit big capsules for some but it will go down better with a few sips of water.

This particular capsule form comes with added natural ingredients of calcium, caraway and fennel, to assist the gut. I'm finding it very helpful, even though I try and maintain a good diet. The recommended dosage is four capsules a day, but as I eat a large bowl of porridge every day for breakfast I'm halving the dose, to one with lunch and one with supper. Taken with plenty of water, the psyllium expands quite a bit in your tummy, helping you to feel full, which can also assist with dieting. I'm finding this supplement is helping to regularise my digestion, and keeping things regular. In official terms, my gut motility has improved. In turn I feel more energetic and healthier. I'll be happy to purchase more when this bottle runs out, and I happily recommend it to you with a five star rating.

[Psyllium Husks Capsules - 2200mg] Psyllium is a useful source of fibre and one I've used for a long time to supplement my diet, though usually just in powdered form which I'll add into a shake or yoghurt so I was happy to try these capsules, as they're convenient to take any time without needing to mix up a drink etc. You get 120 standard gel caps, which are easy to swallow and tasteless. J'ai utilisé ce produit pour un problème de constipation chronique et je le déconseille fortement. Bien qu'ayant suivi les instructions de prise du médicament, j'ai été malade pendant deux jours. j'ai eu très mal à l'estomac et aux intestins au point de ne pas pouvoir, ni manger, ni me lever. J'avais l'impression que mes intestins étaient complètement bloqués. J'ajoute que le produit n'a eu aucune efficacité. J'étais prête à appeler le médecin. Au bout de trois jours, mon estomac et mes intestins sont toujours sensibles. La moindre des choses serait que le produit me soit remboursé.
