With that said, I wouldn't wet the scoop other than to wash it. The powder in this package is very finely milled. Unless you have a super fine tea strainer designed for a fine powder like this one, you'll need to pour the powder directly into warm water and create a tea directly. I feel a little bit more endurance and energy that is different than drinking those energy drinks. This is stable and I feel good that it's USDA organic, vegan and non-gmo, natural adaptogens. You use 1 or 2 scoops - I use 1 teaspoon and mix into my smoothie. Thus cordycep mushroom is from the Mycelium. which, includes the roots. It's not the fruiting body. Both fruiting body and lower parts are nutrient rich. Good fungi, the “roots” of the fungi are actually Hyphae – long strands of multicellular fungi which forms the Mycelium body.
