The tray now works with the Petsafe Pro Litterr Box! I cannot say enough good things about the person in customer service who helped me, he was fantastic and did not give up trying to help me fix the problem. The litter tray is very sturdy and easy to set up. If you have the Petsafe Scoopfree Pro Litter Box, make sure your reasons this. This tray WILL NOT WORK WITH THE PRO version. Customer service was great, quick to respond to my email.
