I recently purchased the "4 in 1 - D.I.Y & Tens Unit & EMS & Massage Muscle Stimulator," and I have to say, it has been a total game-changer! I've tried different TENS units and I think this is one of my favorites. The patterns or the frequency or whatever feels better on this. It's also VERY powerful! I think most of the time you will never get anywhere near the maximum power because it will feel too strong if you do. It's nice to have it though if you really want to turn it way up. I also think the do it yourself feature on this is really nice.I didn't find this difficult to use at all like some people have mentioned. It seemed pretty intuitive to me. I didn't even end up having to use the manual to figure it out, but the manual is pretty good if you need that.I think overall the construction of this is super solid. It doesn't feel like it's cheap at all. It's one of the better units I've ever tried in that respect.The only negative that I can say about it is I think the pads that come with it aren't very good. They lose their stickiness really fast. I don't feel that's a big issue for me at all because it uses standard pads that you can buy on Amazon anyway.Overall, this is a really thought out and well constructed unit which is very effective.

The media could not be loaded. I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don't have to continually purchase batteries.

This is easy to use. I am very happy with this! I purchased this for my mother. I read the directions and helped her use it. It helped her a lot with her pain.

The Tens unit works great but the patches they provide are of poor quality. I assume so you will buy more from them which will not happen. Their customer service is great as they replied immediately to my complaint on the patches and said they would send me another pack. That will give me 6 more uses till time to buy a good quality patch.

Amazing! It has everything in one. The regular massage one can be like $20 but if you need a EMS or tens for strengthening I would recommend because you can also use it for recovery. Better than buying 2 different products. A good quality EMS is like $100 so this product is a steal. Very slick product the best TENs machine I’ve used and it has helped me through my recent injury! Thank you!

This Tens unit is the worst unit I have ever bought and I have had a few. It is not functional over 50% of the time. I have read the manual, followed the instructions and still to no avail with modes etc.
