It actually works great ; however, the taste is bland with water alone. I recommend taking it with something fruity . I saw results around the third day. Nonetheless, it’s Definitely worth it.! 10/10

The product definitely works. The problem is it does have a bad aftertaste so you have to mix a crystal light or something else put it in your coffee put it in another beverage because you drink it by itself it don't have a taste, but it does work! I say get some lemonade, throw it in there and drink it

Like many others I bought this in desperate search for something comparable to the Benefiber On the Go Strawberry Kiwi packets. This were literally the best and I drank them everyday. When I started seeing them dwindle on the shelves, I bought up several boxes, so with only drinking them on occasion now I've been able to still enjoy that wonderful product. But now i'm down to my last box and realizing that I need to find something similar, so I gave this a shot. I can't for the life of me figure out why this company would take such an amazing product off the shelves and give us this disgusting, absolutely repulsive excuse for a product. First of, the powder didn't dissolve. There was a huge clump of fiber powder floating around no matter how much I shook the bottle. I gave it a little taste and I tasted almost nothing, so I added another pack. Shook for 5 minutes, let it sit for 10 minutes and then shook for another 5 minutes until both packs were completely dissolved. I can honestly say that this was one of the most disgusting tastes i've ever tasted. This is not one of those things where some people will like and some won't. I can guaruntee that YOU will NOT like this nasty ssshhh. Do not do it! Listen to the reviews. It is NOT in any way comparable to the strawberry kiwi. I wish there was a way to request recommendations on here because I am running out of time. Anyways, please do not waste your money buying this.

These are so easy to use and good to use, I mix one in with my water flavored water drink and it makes it more tasteful and easy to get my fluids in during the day

The product does what it’s supposed to do, definitely supports fiber and digestive health. However strawberry lemonade was nowhere to be found. It turned my water pink but there is no flavor. Super easy to open and mixes well. Will just stick to the unflavored version next time.

Does not dissolve. Taste is okay but very mild

Love it! It does the trick. It dissolves with ease. Pro tip mix with your favorite electrolyte. So your not only getting in fiber, and probiotics for gut health your getting in electrolytes. It’s not a pill and texture is smooth. I’m down to my last
