I was concerned with the ratings but once I read the reviews I thought to give it a try. I have never used a weight loss diet pill or anything if the sort. I’m 36 and the “stubborn belly fat” got me since this is something I struggle with. I started taking the pills this week, I make sure to drink LOTS of water and eat something with the two pills in the morning. By the SECOND day I felt a difference. I feel more energy and less hungry but again I feel like exercise is crucial. I was slacking on my exercise for months and I feel like this definitely made me get moving. Planning on sticking with it at least 2 months so I will report back with how it goes. I’m impressed I felt a difference already and feel it was totally worth the purchase and was easy to put into my daily routine.

They help me where it is needed

Beware of the expiration date. The ones I received will expire in May. That means the potency has weakened extremely and the product will not be as effective.

So I started taking just one pill 7 weeks ago. I lost 3 lbs my first week and down 8 lbs by my 3 rd week. But for the last 4 weeks, nothing! The pills upset my stomach. I did try to take two pills in the morning but I'd have horrible diarrhea. At first the pills made it hard to sleep at night but by the 4th week that got better. I'm glad I lost 8 lbs but I have more to lose and I have seemed to hit a brickwall.

My husband and I both are using this product. It's helping us to burn fast. We've stopped gaining, and, at least, my husband, of course, has lost noticeable weight.

Really like this product. Second or third time re-ordering it. I'm not quite sure how much difference it's making since I haven't always been consistent, but continuing to use it consistently now. I feel like I've had some metabolism and energy boost from it , maybe even a little weight loss. So I recommend.

This product did absolutely nothing for me.

I don't crave sugar or carbs nearly as much as I used to before taking these pills. I have completed one full bottle now and took them as suggested. I'm still taking them faithfully with my second bottle. I feel the difference in my "monthly" emotions, cravings, puffiness, and appetite.
