Review: A fantastic replacement for a Secrid hard wallet! - I had a Secrid wallet for years. I love how it consolidated my cards and made access easy. What I didn't like was the hard metallic shape that was uncomfortable in my back pocket when sitting down. This flip case solves that problem. It holds 8 cards -- six if you include a Chipolo tracking card (which is as thick as two cards). I don't carry cash in my wallet so the space in front of the divider on the back side holds another card. That's two in the front and four in the back with the Chipolo. The wallet itself is a nice, comfortable leather and is easy to grip and open. It's the same length as the Secrid and 10mm wider. it's also 5mm thicker but this is hardly noticeable. It still fits in my back pocket without any bulging or weight. It's 6 grams heavier than the Secrid loaded with cards, which is not discernible. -- Like the Secrid it's RFID/NFC safe.

The exterior of the case is cheap / plastic looking and in no way does it look feel like leather. Second and most importantly, this case does not hold the card / cash combination as advertised. I’ve purchased a few Bellroy products before and I have generally been satisfied with their wallets (slim)…. But my oh my… this one? Beyond sad. If you want to keep no more than 3 cards plus 2 dollar bills, this may work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
