Great Pans
Nice set of pans. I am trying to replace the set of nonstick pans I’ve had and this is exactly what I need. Learned the proper way of preheating the pan then add oil and make sure to swirl the oils around the pan, foods ( including eggs and fish) never stick and cook beautifully. I should have done this long time ago. Highly recommend.

Best Omelet Pan
I learned how to cook on stainless steel so that it acts like Teflon. You have to heat the pan on medium heat, add the oil and then when a drop of water rolls around, add the egg mixture. My husband said these pans make the best omelets he has ever had. The cooking surface is so even the omelets come out with a beautiful buttery brown texture that I never could achieve with my Teflon pans. Also, don't wash with soapy water. Just rinse out and towel dry then add a thin coat of oil (like you do with cast iron pans). I am very happy with these pans and look forward to years of good cooking.

Unlike diamonds, stainless is truly forever when taken care of. Diamond might just run off some day...😆 Seriously though, All Clad is HD and built to last. Seasoning the pans are essential and warming the pan up to the correct temperature range before adding cooking oil and food is also absolutely important to minimize sticking. These are Not in the same class as Teflon grade anti stick pans, but then you never have to worry about scratching them either. Clean up with the tough abrasive side of your sponge is not a problem. Stainless steel wool is just fine. In fact if you ever burn in a spot you can't scrub away, you can use sand paper or a sanding devil tool to remove the black. Stainless will restore itself and not rust when allowed to open air dry. If you desire a super bright finish at some point, heat some water to near boiling and use an oxidizing cleaner to get that bright finish back. I use PBW. Powdered Brewers wash. Re season the pan and your good to go. Before cleaning with PBW and after shown.

This pan is completely unfit for its intended purpose. If you do not wash it immediately after cooking, any oil or grease becomes permanently bonded to the surface by the next day. No standard dish soap, soaking, or normal cleaning methods work afterward. This is not normal behavior for cookware and clearly indicates a defective or extremely low-quality coating. A frying pan is expected to tolerate ordinary household use, including delayed cleaning. Requiring instant washing to avoid irreversible residue is unreasonable and unacceptable. In practical terms, this product fails basic consumer expectations and cannot be considered fit for everyday cooking. Had it been possible, I would rate this product minus 100 stars. I strongly advise against purchasing this pan. It is a waste of money and should not be sold as functional cookware.

Might just be the perfect pan
Feels solidly built. Its quite pretty to look at. First egg test with the 8 inch was a flying success. I'm happy

Good quality pans
I love the pans. They are great quality pans. The only thing about stainless steel pan is that it does require more efforts to clean it after every cooking and that you do need to use a bit more oil to prevent food from sticking to the pan.

Terrible Handle
I love cooking on stainless steel. I wanted an American made 8 and 10 inch frying pan with sloped sides for flipping eggs. The 8 and 10 inch Allclad D3 fit the bill perfectly. Cooks beautifully. They work wonderfully cooking small roasts in the oven. The Handle! Oh my word. Unless you cook with a towel or cooking mitt all the time the handle is extremely uncomfortable to use!! I seriously considered returning them. However I got them on sale and flip eggs only a couple of times a week so I will keep them. My daily drivers are Cuisinart MCP.

these are impressive
I've always wanted a nice set of stainless steel pans and these do NOT disappoint. They are easy to work with and durable. I had to teach my oldest how to use them so he wouldn't ruin them. My daughter decided to try to ruin one and I taught her how to clean it with some barkeeper's friend and some elbow grease. If you buy these, please be aware that they need LOWER heat requirements because they conduct heat so well. Also, let them warm up before putting anything in them or else everything will stick to them. These are not meant to be completely non-stick but they are easy to clean if used right. My wife will not use them, she is scared of them for some reason. There isn't a single non-stick pan that I like better, even my cast iron pan isn't this good. I get an awesome sear on my steaks with these...like restaurant quality good.

Si estás consciente de todos los porvenires de unas y todo lo que conllevan sartenes de acero inoxidable te van a fascinar! Excelente calidad se ve que durarán más en este plano terrenal que ni yo. Si no te gustan es por lo menos por una de las siguientes dos razones: 1) no la sabes usar. 2) no investigaste y pensabas que hacía cosas que no hace. 3) no era lo que buscabas comprar, es decir, ni siquiera sabes qué compraste y te metiste en un lío innecesario. (Repito si no estás consciente e informado de los porvenires, modos de uso y todo lo que conlleva tener sartenes de acerco inoxidable, INVESTIGA E INFÓRMATE. En YouTube encuentras todo, infórmate claramente antes de decidirte por este tipo de sartenes para que no seas de esos que en sus quejas denotan más que nada su ignorancia)

All clads speak for themselves. Truly a world of difference compared to older pans that I’ve had. Eggs don’t stick if you get the pan to the right temps. Excellent product

Buenos sartenes, pero son 8" y 10"
Mi queja principal es que dice 10" y 12" en la descripción cuando en talla o tamaño sale lo correcto que es 8" y 10" lo cual nos tomó por sorpresa, por ese lado pierde una estrella. Los sartenes en si son muy buenos, hay que agarrar la maña de cocinar en acero, ya que es muy diferente que en teflón al necesitar estar consciente de la temperatura necesaria para poder cocinar. Una vez teniendo esto contemplado, cocinar en el es bastante sencillo, como lo harías regularmente, solo que aquí si se queda el sellado en la carne y no en el sartén, dando mejores resultados al momento de cocinar. Estoy satisfecho con mi compra fuera de ese detalle de la información.

Not as good as Tramontina
Larger frying pan discolouration after first use. Not used smaller frying pan. Food sticks to pan on all heat settings. Lighter weight vs my Tramontina 3ply from Brazil. Will not purchase this brand again. Very disappointed with the amount I spent! Will add pics later.
