is this good under makeup

I am so surprised by people having issues with this pulling under makeup. I have never had this issue. For me the white cast dissappears quickly and make up applies beautifully over. The heavy/waxy comments are also surprising. It is a little on the heavier side, but not greasy and soaks in quickly. I usually let it sit for a min or two and then apply makeup. My dry skin loves it.

I have oily skin and use the cleanser. However, the moisturizer doesn't say oil free. Is it recommended for oily skin?

I have oily skin and use cerav am moisturizer for day pm for nighttime. I like that cerav seems to calm my skin when applied. I used to buy expensive brand moisturizers and found that they make my skin red, whereas cerav calms my skin. The feel , at first, might not be as smooth as expensive brands, but you will get used to it. I recommend cerav moisturizer for any type of skin.
