The mattress arrived in a vacuum sealed box. The King size mattress expanded easily and is very thick and heavy. It is comfortable and for the value of the money it is super affordable. The quality is great and no squeaking and it for the bed frame perfectly.

You get what you pay for. No comfort what so ever all you feel is the springs This bed is not comfortable at all definitely not firm you sink right in I would not even bother spending time or money wish I would have just went with a more expensive one cheap quality super noisy do not buy

Like many, I was nervous to purchase a mattress without trying it first, and especially from an unknown brand online... but I couldn't be happier!! This bed is the perfect combination of softness and support. It's seems very well made with high quality fabric. We've had it about 2 weeks and would highly recommend! Set up was easy and fast and it did not smell when opened.

Not too hard and not too soft

I have to say this mattress disappointed us. It's definitely not firm! We feel every movement the other makes worse than any mattress we have ever owned or slept on, it's very bouncy. It was a good price so I took a risk and now I regret it. Guess I'll have to try some mattress pad/topper and see if I can improve it.
