Been wearing this style of Nike for years to walk 3.5 miles daily on my treadmill. Very true to size, so order what you normally wear. They're very lightweight, which is why I like them. With as much as I walk in them, the soles generally last less than a year, but I'm not blaming Nike...just normal wear for the miles I put on 'em. There's probably cheaper brands out there, but I'm not taking any chances when it comes to my feet & comfort. Hope this helps you.

I needed a good shoe for power walking on the tread and for outdoors walks. This shoe is an excellent fit, great quality, and a beautiful color! extremely disappointed they discontinued these, they were my favorite shoes. I bought 2 pairs and would be a customer for life if they were still on the market.
