Woodpeckers inDexable Square System, 6 Inch Combination Square, Feature Packed Combo Woodworking Tool

Thought I’d blow some money…. Truthfully it is a very nice square. Should I have spent this much? Probably not. Will I do the Woodpecker price mistake again? Probably so. I also buy snap on tools. I’m glad Woodpeckers doesn’t have a tool truck that comes around, I’d be eating beans and rice. I’d have a choice set of tools though👍

Fabulous tool at a reasonable price.

While this is one of the most expensive combination squares available, it is one of those things that you really do get what you pay for. This is definitely not worth buying if you are a DIY specialist, but if you build custom furniture or work in high end custom building, it won’t disappoint.

This is my first woodpeckers tool bc I wanted to try something by the brand. It’s accurate, handy and overall a pleasure to use but holy cow is it wildly overpriced. The kickout stabilizer and lock detent for full numbers are great features buttttttt…. When it comes to premium brands, take for example Festool, you’re paying for the engineering as well as reliable motorized components. Brands like woodpeckers and starret are just precision machined metal. I cannot wrap my head around what makes this square cost as much as it does besides brand identity/optics/image.

Really good combo square you can trust To be square. I didn’t think the indexing feature was something I would use a lot but it’s come to be my favorite part of this tool.

All woodpecker tools are made with incredible quality and accuracy including if this square. Love it

Great layout tool for smaller projects

I want to love this but for the price I don’t think it’s there.. the indexing feature is ok… I’m using this for finish carpentry on the job in a tool belt and after only a month a have a feeling the measurement lines will be wearing off.. if they do you can be sure I’ll be contacting customer support.. I wouldn’t complain if this were $50 but $130 for a 6” combination square is a bit much
