Each tray, at 4” wide and about 12” long is smaller than I thought they would be. You are not going to put a rack of ribs on a tray. It will be good for veggies, poppers, ahi tuna, smaller cuts of meat pork loin steaks, etc. it does seem well made.

When I came across this BBQ rotating tray- I was excited. My family loves Rotisserie so much, I had to order this to try it out. With summer upon us and trips to camp grounds to make new memories, this is something that will definitely get a lot of praise for. Now that I've got this home, I confirmed the design works with the structure of the unit. I did not encounter any issues with defects or missing parts. The material seems very durable and solid. I'm impressed and below, I will outline some of the other features that enticed me to order this one over other similar ones on the market. *Design: Stainless Steel BBQ rotating Rotisserie basket- Compatible with most grills-Charcoal or Gas *Four trays included 13" x 4.5" *Spit Rods and motor DO NOT come with this- you will need to provide this *What types of foods does this work with: Grilling meats- ribs, veggies-chicken and more *Dimensions for your reference: 15 x 12.83 x 5.67 inches with a weight of 5.5 lbs All in all, I find they did a very good job designing and constructing this BBQ rotating tray. It works as it should, the food has turned out really good. I know for a FACT that we will be using this all summer long. It has so many functions and features. This rotates perfectly, and exceeded my expectations when I used inside the smoker. Cooks evenly and makes the process simplified. I appreciate the entire unit can be placed on the grill/ smoker and your job is pretty much done until removal and maybe basting intermittently.

Very easy to assemble, just four screws to install and hang the trays on. It fits multiple widths of spits and all the trays circle around smoothly. They trays are lightweight but sturdy.

The combination of Weber 18" Jumbo Joe with the Onlyfire 18" Rotisserie and Pizza kit and the Rotating Tray Rotisserie Basket has MUCH tighter tolerances than when using it in a 22" kettle! You need to center the Tray device as exactly as possible and make sure that the spit rod is held exactly in position using the adjustable handle end rod holding device. My first cook was a disaster! The designers made the rotating tray just a teensy bit too big, the pointy corners on the trays were running into the walls of the Rotisserie ring and dumping my ribs and potatoes into the fire... The interference marks can be seen in the attached pictures. It was just barely hitting the wall so I decided to grind down the points to give them a little more (about 1/8" to 1/4") more clearance. (see pictures) After the mod the trays rotated as expected without interference! Put a bunch of chicken thighs, carrots and potatoes in it and had a faultless cook! A new glitch happened, just to keep me on my toes: My Thermoworks Bellows stopped blowing! Used it as a damper for this cook. Morning after: I reseated all the USB power and signal connections and it started working again. Looking forward to a "Third time lucky" cook tonight with all the automation and good clearances working together in harmony!!!

Well made stainless steel rotisserie. We did ribs, shrimp and veggies with success. It's so easy to add or take off items and to baste as needed. Love it!

I like the unit because I can put my wings or burgers on. It holds 8 to 12 patties, couple dozen wings. Put them on don’t worry about them burning. It keeps rotating.

This product will not hold a full St. Louis style cut side rib. The primary reason why I purchased it.
