Since this is cheaper version the threads are made of plastic, which no one will tell you and later it would get damaged over time compared to the brass one in the expensive version and then you need to keep buying this product. So I suggest the water science to improve this product by adding a brass thread on either side and this cylindrical shape is much better than the other one. You need to really work on the quality of this.

You get whats shown and aome more useful thingsNot very effective in cleaning the hard water.Have to see the long term effects.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Tds levels pre and post installation after 15 days is same. No reduction in tds. Waste of money

It does a decent job of making hard water usable & is easy to install. however there are some changes and sacrifices one has to make to use it on a tap 1. You have to repalace the tap since the device is almost 9 cm long it almost touches the base of your basin after fitment. You need to replace if with a tap which is 9 inches tall so there is sufficient gap between the basin and device to insert your hands for washing. 2. Water pressure comes down drastically. Be prepared to fork out atleast 3k for a new tap/faucet

Originally delivered piece had issues but waterscience replaced the product with good quality one

I’m writing this review after 6 months of use. I don’t see any significant difference in my skin or hair. Also the development of scaling on the black tiles in the bathroom is still the same. Can avoid.
