The large coated handlebars placed on the sides of the device give you support as you lay down. The stretching tool is constructed with 3 levels of decline, so your body can experience a versatile stretching regime that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. This really doesn’t take the place of a true traction machine , like Vax-D. Not really happy with it. Spend more money and get something different. New update. This doesn’t really work at all. Don’t waste your money. Sometimes I hurt worse afterwards.
