Painful and can’t return
This product is not helpful for back pain. You cannot get in and out of it easily. It creates pressure creating pain under the arms too. The return window was very short. Only 30 days. I would highly recommend not purchasing!

Defective Gear Knob
The gear that controls the knob is defective. Therefore the inverter does not stretch.

Spend the money on your chiropractor.
This really doesn’t take the place of a true traction machine , like Vax-D. Not really happy with it. Spend more money and get something different. New update. This doesn’t really work at all. Don’t waste your money. Sometimes I hurt worse afterwards.

Sunny Health is a good brand
I returned this because it didn't fold up. I found one that does and is compact. It was twice the price but meets my needs and it was exactly what I wanted.

Works relatively well
The item is very well built and rugged. It does what it is designed to do which is to stretch and decompress the spine. It does that. The underarm devices for holding you in place for the stretch are useless to me. At 5' 9", they don't settle into my armpits as designed, would be better for a taller person. I find it somewhat difficult to pull myself back up from the incline position after the stretch, do to lack of abs strength. I use the lowest incline because of that issue. All in all, I'd say it was worth it, I try to use it daily. Not sure I would buy it at the todays price though. I got it on sale. If you have back issues like me, it would be a nice thing to have around.

Good For My Back
For the price, it is a very good deal and product is well made. It is very easy to assemble. The adjustable incline angle is the feature I like the most. The adjustment crank could have been made better for easier access and use. Update 12/14/2019 - I have minor issue and contacted the manufacturer. My rating remain the same (5 stars) because of good customer service and quick resolution. Thank you Sunny Health & Fitness.
