I trust Dr Amen for keeping junk out of kids vitamins. This is a very clean vitamin and I appreciate that they aren't gummy vitamins. I'd liken them to the taste and consistency of flinstones vitamins. My kids take them with zero complaints and I've tried them myself and they taste fine. I did get one weird batch that I felt tasted iron-y but it's not big enough of an issue to discontinue use, hoping we just got a one-off and it isn't a formula change. Will still buy again and we'll go from there.

I had to give a star to write a review but these may be good for you but could NOT get pass the smell and the taste was disgusting! It felt like chewing chalk! Could not get the kids to consume them so I thought it can’t be that bad but OMG yeah they taste terrible! I had to throw them away!

These are our go-to vitamins for the kids! I trust Dr. Amen’s products and am so glad they make children’s vitamins!

I got these vitamins for my 4 year old son who is autistic. Unfortunately he wont even try them, but thankfully my 5 year old likes them. For my youngest I grind the vitamins into a powder and mix it into juice (orange juice or cranberry grape works best). He drinks it without fuss. I did get these because I was looking at heavy duty vitamins for my son, since he's very picky about what he eats, and I was suggested this. Unfortunately I was told it was a cheaper option at around $15, but I guess they had a price increase a while back ago? Either way, alot of other reviews mention they taste chalky and like the flint stone vitamins. Pretty spot on.

We love this product!! It tastes like the flinstone vitamins I grew up on, but has the methylation we need for mthfr for my kids!

Very good ingredient and excellent quality. However, they need to improve the taste, and the smell is too strong. My daughter can't take even one. I insist for the first week because I thought she would get used to it. But not she was the same from the beginning to 10 days later.

Love the quality of the product and flavor

Wish I could get my kids to take these. They, like many others reviewing, cannot get past the chalky taste. My children are 12 & reasonable, one took them on first day but complained, the other flipped out & could not get past the first lick. She even tried to break it into a few pieces & swallow. Fail. Dr Amen is one of my favorites & I wish I could say success!!
