I’ve never tried Maca root before, but after reading up on it I wanted to try it as I am currently going through the menopause, and have been feeling more tired than usual, I also am on medication which which decreases my immune system so I was hoping that these would help. I’ve also wanted to try adding selenium so these were great as they contain selenium as well as vitamin B6, and zinc which can help boost the immune system.I do think that these are helping a bit. The gummies taste nice, but they do have a peppery taste which does give them a bit of a kick. The texture of the gummies is good.Overall I think that these appear to be helping, so I would definitely buy them again in the future.

I regularly use suppliements like these and I was very happy with distinct lack of flavour to the tablets, soomething that I am typically quite sensitive to. After taking this suppliment for 3-4 days I think I certainly have more enerrgy in my day. I've folded in to my daily routine and have been very happy with the results. As they're easy to swallow, I have no difficulty taking the tablets in the morning, and setting myself up for the rest of the day.

I generlly add Maca root to my breakfast cereal but when I'm eating something different I need to keep up my supplements - these gummies taste amazing and keep my regime in place, and with added Ginseng I will have even more energy!

Pepper! Forget the product description saying these Maca Root Complex Gummies are Tutti Frutti flavour, the fruit flavour is in there somewhere but it’s totally overpowered by the taste and sting of pepper. I really like the taste of pepper but these are a bit much even for me.You need to take at least two per day and it’s recommended you suck rather than chew gummies, but these are a real endurance test and you’ll either swallow or spit them out first. I have managed to pass this endurance test and finished the jar but don’t really notice any difference and I’ve taken Maca before. I’d suggest trying Maca as a powder added to food or as capsules, because these seem ineffective and too peppery by half.

The only down side of these gummies is trying to restrict yourself to the recommended dosage. I could quite easily chew on these as a treat all day. They are sweet but with a spicy peppery taste. I really like the combination of the sweet and peppery taste. I would actually like to have them just as a treat as well. Most of these type of gummies I've had in the past they taste better than normal vitamins but you would never want to just chew on a whole packet of them but these are different. I absolutely love them. Combine that with the ingredients and as I said the only down sound for me is trying to restrict myself to the two a day. So it's a pack of 60 so only 1 months supply but they taste lush. At the price it's not great value but it's not overly expensive either. Definitely a recommendation from me.

These gummies are clearly marketed towards men with their mention of testosterone but if you look at the ingredients and what is actually included, they contains vitamins that could be equally beneficial to women so I decided to give these a try. However, I could only manage to try one. The taste was horrible and I cannot see why anyone would put themselves through this every day. The pepper gave a horrible after taste. The packet says they're tutti frutti flavour but I couldn't get that flavour at all.
