Great product for sleep and muscle cramps!
It helps me sleep better at night and has reduced my leg cramps. I also feel less tired after workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. It has three types of magnesium – glycinate, citrate and threonate which are highly bioavailable. Definitely worth trying if you workout regularly.
