Been buying this brand for awhile and feel comfortable with their products. I bought this for my son as a recommendation from his doctor to ease some of his anxiety. I've used them for about 10 days. Take one right before bed and fall asleep much quicker than if I don't take anything and sleep through most the night without waking up.

I was looking for Magnesium Glycinate gummies to calm my hyperactive 7yr old so he could have a good night's rest and I thought this one had it but its Magnesium Citrate. This type of Magnesium helps him go to the bathroom but It did not calm him. He was more off the walls hyper. So not the best for him when trying to calm him.
