Nicely fit and very comfortable in my work boots.

These are great this isn't the first time I have bought these. I used to work inna warehouse and the safety boots used to hurt my feet really badly at the end of the shift. Added these in and the pain stopped. Recently bought another pair for my Chelsea boots

These are good quality insoles from a well respected and established brand, and they do not disappoint.They can be trimmed to fit a range of sizes, and only need the toe-end to be trimmed, rather than the entire insole, like some foam flat insole that I have used before.They are robust and yet give a soft support to the foot - my only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that ,for my feet, the insole support is slightly in the wrong place so it not 100% comfy.

I used these when doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks and they really helped my feel, I only had one blister when other people I was with had loads of blisters.

Instructions for use are on the INSIDE of the box, so you have to rip that to see them - could possibly negate a return if you had to do one. If you need to resize the Instructions inside the box state to follow the guide - what guide? There is no guide. The only thing are the resizing lines on the insole, but ok, that's doable - oh wait, no it's not! The markings say A,B,C,D, but there is nothing to state what size each letter corresponds with. Eventually got them into my boot - not sure they are worth the money...

Very comfy and my feet don't ache after a long shift. Highly recommend

Used these on new dr martens and the difference is phenomenal. Highly recommended.
