Just what I was looking for.

Very Best Knee Pad
Excellent knee pad for those of us with knee replacements. Great semi-firm texture, providing support and stability. Excellent for garden work where kneeling is required.

Great for balance work!
This is a great foam balance pad that offers a lot of versatility in use. The pad is very well made and durable. I was a little worried that I would sink all the way through the foam because I’m 6’3 260+, but the foam is thick and dense enough to still allow my ankle to work for stability. I really like this pad because I’m working on strengthening my ankles, as well as a challenging addition to lunges, single leg squats, and exercises that require to be on knees. For the price of the pad you get amazing quality and durability. There was no weird rubber smell to it and dirt wipes of fairly easy! This has been a great addition to my home gym and I enjoy using it for many exercises. I would highly recommend for beginners and even advanced athletes looking to work their balance. Overall I’m really satisfied with this great product.

Love
I feel like I find a new use for this little pad every time I interact with it.I got it to pad my back knee when practicing my lunges/splits, and it is great for that. A LOT of cushion, but not too soft that you feel unstable.I have also found it is a great heel lift when practicing malasana squats, and, for standing balance poses, it is a slightly wiggly surface that provides a little extra balance challenge versus a hard and solid floor or yoga mat. Also nice to rest the back of your head on as a little pillow. For me, the size is perfect. No complaints at all, I love this little guy.

Good for kneeling and exercise
The ANVICTO Balance Pad is sized as described. It came in a plastic bag inside a box, and it had no smells or any kind when I opened it.This pad is thick, soft but firm and resilient. It's great if you do kneeling yoga or exercise or simply do work around the house where you need to kneel. It's also good for balance exercises or even just standing or walking in place to help strengthen your ankles or to avoid joint impact.I find it large enough that I use it for walking or jogging in place, but keep in mind that at 5'4", I don't have the longest legs. I appreciate that it's small enough and light enough to easily store. It's light weight, and so far, it's sturdy and bounces back perfectly. A great addition for rehabbing my ankles and knees and reducing impact for some exercises as well as for protecting my knees from hard floors.

noticeably harder and firmer foam than others I have used, but still decent
I have another foam pad which I use for exercises, physical therapy, and tasks around the house which require kneeling, so I got this as a spare. It's slightly thinner, which is fine. The foam on this pad is a bit more firm than my other pad - or ones that I've used at physical therapist offices. I can certainly feel it on my knees. If you are using this pad to stand on for single leg stability, it won't be as effective due to the firmer foam.Other than the extra firmness, it is a good size, well-made, and a comparable price to similar products.

Comfort Pad for planks and pushups.
Whenever I work out with my trainer, I do better planks and more pushups than I can do on my yoga mat. I was trying to figure out why. Now I know! She always has one of these pads to help with my stability or pain. When doing a plank, my forearms and elbows hurt from the weight. Resting on this makes it much more bearable. My pushups are still at the stage where I'm doing them on my knees, but again usually I have pain in my knees because of the floor or the yoga mat isn;t padded enough. This has helped me with both of these movements, which are important for my upper body and my core. It's thick, compact, and easy to store.
