Perfect!
Absolutely perfect adapter ive been looking for! Obviously is a match for Safariland holsters but i needed it for a blackhawk holster. I used it on a safariland UBL and it was a perfect match. Ill definitely be ordering more for my other holsters.

Could be better
Glad it’s metal but mounting holes don’t line up exact. I would spend the extra money and get “THE” name brand

Small Screws
I wanted to be able to adapt my Blackhawk holster to the QLS system. This is the sturdiest and most low profile adapter that I’ve found that works to adapt between the two. It lines up well. Easy to bolt together and install. The only thing I’d knock it for is the tiny screws included that only hold a couple threads. So I just used the Blackhawk ones that I already had to hold it on stronger. Overall, this was a great upgrade to what I was using before.
