Healthier standard rice alternative - produce of Italy
I bought this black rice to replace my usual white rice after hearing it’s a healthier option, and I’m honestly glad I gave it a try. The texture is a bit chewier and the taste is more nutty, which I actually prefer now. It also feels more filling, so I don’t end up overeating like I sometimes do with regular rice. I also like that this one is grown in Italy with stricter food regulations rather than India, it gives me more confidence in safety, and overall standards of how the rice is produced. It does take slightly longer to cook, but nothing too inconvenient once you get used to it. Overall, a really good alternative to standard rice and I’ll definitely keep buying it.

Nutritious, versatile, and easy to store
Love black rice, it’s really nutritious and works great in salads or to add something extra to meals. It tastes quite similar to regular rice, and the texture is pretty much the same too. It takes less time to cook as well. The packaging is resealable as well, which makes it really convenient to store.

I quite liked it. Chewy compared to white rice and supposedly healthier which is important to me. About the same price (per gram) as the most expensive rice at my local shop.

Bisher habe ich diesen schwarzen Reis immer in meinem Supermarkt vor Ort gekauft. in diesen Packungen waren nur 500 g Inhalt in einer Folie Vakuum verpackt. Ich finde diese Großpackung preislich auf jeden Fall sehr interessant, leider ist der Geschmack, meiner Meinung nach, nicht genau so nussig-intensiv.
