Pleasant, feels cheeky!
These are a pleasant taste, and generally a pleasant experience. In fact, I'll go as far as to say I feel like I'm eating cheeky treats! They're that good! (They appear a little darker in reality to the listing image). That said, what you expect of these is obviously personal preference. I found these to be 'gummy', I liked the chewy experience as I felt I was getting a treat and I appreciated it while I was making it (them) dissapear, which wasn't a five second job. I don't wear dentures but I imagine this may be a factor for you to consider.Because I did feel like it was a nice experience, and I did feel like I was getting a 'treat' (now I know how my dog feels when he hears the word 'treat'), I feel that finally I can use these to build up a habit of taking a daily supplement. How this works on my hair and nails etc, will be anyone's guess. I don't think it is within the scope of these reviews on how well they work as they may have varied results from one person to the next, can take months to find out, and of course there are many other variables. I did some company reasearch and I feel that these probably do have in them what is stated, however I would have liked to see the words 'standardised dose', but I don't think these things really come with that: it is mainly St Jonhs Wort etc. I am intrigued by their products, and feel confident so far, so will probably purchase in future.

So far good
I can’t comment on the long term effect of usage as only been taking them for a couple of weeks but they taste very nice (like sweets). They come as a pack of 60 and you take two a day (it doesn’t say whether you should take them together or not so I’ve been having one in the morning and one in the evening). They contain vitamin c for skin, Biotin & Selenium for hair, and Selenium also is good for nails, Dog Rose, vitamins A & C, Hyaluronic acid, collagen and othered to attribute to benefitting your hair, skin and nails. They’re free from artificial flavourings etc.I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference so far but as stated previously I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks.

Refreshing Boost for Beauty
I recently incorporated Issviva Hair, Skin, and Nail Food Supplements into my daily routine, and I must say, it's been a pleasant addition to my beauty regimen. What caught my attention right away was the impressive blend of essential nutrients packed into these supplements. With ingredients like Vitamin C, Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, Selenium, and Vitamins B2 and B3, it's a powerhouse formula aimed at promoting healthy hair, radiant skin, and strong nails. One of the things I love about these supplements is the Prickly Pear flavour. It's a refreshing departure from the usual supplement taste, making it enjoyable to consume each day. Plus, the powder form makes it super easy to mix into my morning smoothie or beverage without any fuss. After using these supplements for a while, I've noticed some positive changes. My hair feels softer and looks shinier, my skin appears more hydrated and radiant, and my nails seem less prone to breakage. It's encouraging to see tangible results from a product that's so easy to incorporate into my routine. The 30-day supply is also convenient, ensuring that I always have a fresh batch on hand. And with each serving containing just the right balance of nutrients, I feel confident knowing that I'm giving my body the support it needs to look and feel its best.Overall, I'm genuinely impressed with Issviva Hair, Skin, and Nail Food Supplements. They offer a simple yet effective way to boost my beauty from within. If you're looking to revitalise your beauty routine and enhance the health of your hair, skin, and nails, I highly recommend giving these supplements a try.

Very tasty gummies for hair, skin and nails
Delicious gummies. They are small (approximately 15mm across by 10mm high), deep red and very soft, with a fruity fragrance. They come hygienically sealed, with a child-safe lid, in a clear plastic jar continuing 60 tablets, or 30 days' supply. The gummies are prickly pear flavoured, however to me they taste similar to cherry. They're very easy to take/chew, at 2 gummies per day. I have quite brittle nails these days, and frizzy hair, so am keen to see if they will help at all. I've taken biotin in the past, which did help with recovery from post-viral hair loss, however I haven't tried selenium, which the label states contributes to maintaining normal nails, or hyaluronic acid, so it will be interesting to see if they help. The gummies contain no artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives or added sugar, although they do contain maltitol and caution of possible laxative effect - they're very small so hopefully in this small quantity all will be fine. They really are very delicious - I can't think of an easier or more tasty way to take a health supplement, and am really hoping they help my nails in particular.

Here's hoping...!
I have been taking these for a week now and to be honest I have no idea if they are working or not. What I do know though from reading the label is that they include a good mix of vitamins inside them.I also find the gummies themselves to be a good size. They are easy to chew and go down well. The flavour is listed as being "Prickly Pear". I can't say they necessarily taste of pear to me. They taste quite nice, it's not unpleasant to me at least, but I cannot pick out a specific flavour.Of course a week is still early days. Perhaps once I'm done taking the whole course of Gummies then I will be able to say whether I have noticed any health benefits. Here's hoping...!

Don’t taste great, expensive
Looking at the vitamins, and the levels of your recommended daily allowance, it is pretty low for two gummies. What makes these gummies different is the dog rose, collagen, and hyaluronic acid. I’m not sure how good these are as sources or as a dosage, but I think £20 for 30 days is pretty expensive. They are from Switzerland, not a place known for cheap production costs, so I assume that has impacted the price. They are also the first gummies I have tried that taste like a supplement rather than a sweet. So I wouldn’t say they taste great.
