Great for mixing on a sound desk
I've purchased several RVD30 microphones from Red5 Audio in the past and have been really impressed with their robust feel and great sound in live applications. So, it was a no-brainer when I saw these headphones offered by them. I use them with an Alto Live 1604 mixing desk. Having previously always mixed the band by ear, these offer a different level of accuracy. The closed ear cup effectively blocks out external noise and makes mixing the drum kit, along with vocals an absolute doddle. I know there are more expensive headphones out there and it's not even a case of 'buy cheap, buy twice' - these are superb quality and we'll worth the money.
