For a few weeks it worked great and then suddenly the Hugo it started spontaneously and repeatedly rebooting which of course caused the Navien to also repeatedly reboot. Even worse I have tried everything to contact Safeguard Power Solutions - I called them (left voicemails), emailed them, submitted their webform. They are totally unresponsive - its as if there is no one alive at that company. On paper this is a great solution. Easy to install and just solves the problem. But in practice is is a pile of garbage. It is entirely possible there is a work around to what I am experiencing (at worst I have a defective unit) but I have no way to diagnose if they aren't available to contact. Note that I have carefully read their manual (and on device notices) and scoured their website - there is no mention of what I am seeing. I tried to make this work but SPS has left me hanging. If you try buying one of these just be sure to monitor it carefully for the first 30-days so you can return it via desertcart if it goes belly up as mine has apparently done. Not good.
