I highly recommend to give this product a try. I take it on the tip of the spoon night before and dip it in a glass of warm water. The product or the shilajit itself is a wondermed! Curiously enough I received it not as it was shown ( with the little spoon and in a creamy texture ) but in gummie form. I’ve been taking only one per day Instead of 2 as prescribed. The endurance of my energy s balanced , I sleep better and the overall feeling of dragging myself around just disappeared . I’ll recomend it to use as a regular vitamin like vitamin c. Take your dose and go!! Happy customer.

Review # 4 I have been hearing about Shilajit and wanted to try for long time. Finally, I gave it a try but wanted to do my research about the brand and manufacturer before I decided to go with Vasu brand Himalayan Shilajit. Heavy metal content in Shilajit was a big concern for me so I did my research about the history of this company. They are in business for 44 plus years, family owned and has top of the line facilities for all the heavy metal and microbial testing which makes me comfortable trying their brand. I have been using over 2 weeks and feeling more energy, focus and overall mood has been lifted. Will check long term benefits and update. Great product. So far so good!

An awesome supliment. Gonna be honest, it taste like you're drinking a glass of dirt when mixed with water but it's like they say, if it taste nasty it's definitely gonna work. For me I did notice a difference in my energy levels during my workouts and I have to say that n the bedroom it has definitely woken up the beast. Lol I'm 52 years old and I feel like I'm in my 20s with this stuff. FYI, make sure you mix it until it dissolves completely otherwise you will be feeling the grit like dirt feeling in your mouth, and it's a very sour taste.
