Here I am posting my honest reviewThe quality of this product is really substandard, the taste is not so good there is a problem with mixerbility also even after mixing for nearly a minute or so more the lump formation still there and does not give us smooth shake. Just smells like a adding a wheat flour to a water.Hard to digest and lots of bloating too.The scratch code is also not visible properly, the shield on top of it is not so good.Please do not by this product and waste your money as it is offered here at a very discounted price, which is a really compulsing to buy. I got this product which is very close to his expiry date.

Product is good. Tastes well, gives result, one should also concentrate on proper diet and regular exercises as well for optimum results.

This product is very good for beginners use this in morning and post workout to get good results if anybody wants very fast result with in 30 days u can get this 1 scoop of gainer shake at morning 2 bananas 10 cashews 10 almonds 10 raisins 40gms of oats with 250ml of fat milk and grind well milk shake is ready and after meal take 1 scoop gainer with water and afyer workout take 1 scoop of gainer with 200ml of 0 fat milk as u take like morning.
