Iโve not used Bands before. This is Well made at a good price. Provides a good home workout . Comes with a carry bag thatโs handy .

These seem like a good piece of kit. Only used twice so I canโt say much.

I have not used resistance bands before but my wife is an aerobics instructor so she has been explaining all the different exercises I can do with them - I was really surprised how versatile they are. These pack of 5 come in a nice black drawstring bag, with instructions and a door-stop. For those who have never used resistance bands before the door-stop allows you to secure the band using a closed door as the holding mechanism - it works fine - just make sure no-one opens the door when you are stretching the band. Other reviewers have commented on the smell - yes they do smell of new rubber - I actually like the smell - like that of a new car - they are new and they are made of rubber so they will smell - but it definitely not over-powering or bad. The little instruction card shows a few basic exercises but you can find loads more on the internet - it seems the only limit to the different ways to use these resistance bands is your imagination - I am sure people are still coming up with new ideas. They are basically like big rubber bands (but that undersells them) - each one is a different resistance (colour coded and numbered so you dont have to think/remember). Personally I am very impressed with them and expect to get a lot of use out of these bands - whether or not it will improve my fitness/strength is down to how I use them - but having my wife as my personal trainer I do not get off lightly.
