I recently purchased the KeyBegin Adjustable Chin Strap to help with mouth breathing while using my CPAP machine, and overall, it has been a useful addition to my sleep routine. The material is soft and stretchy, making it comfortable to wear throughout the night without causing irritation. The adjustable design allows for a snug but not overly tight fit, ensuring that it stays in place throughout the night. Most importantly, it effectively keeps my mouth closed, reducing dry mouth and improving the effectiveness of my CPAP therapy.However, there are a few minor downsides. I did notice some mild pressure on my jaw after prolonged use, though it wasn’t enough to cause discomfort. While the strap is adjustable, those with larger heads might find it a bit tight, while those with smaller heads may struggle to get a perfect fit. Additionally, like most Velcro-based products, the fastening may wear out over time with repeated use. Despite these minor issues, the KeyBegin Adjustable Chin Strap is a solid choice for CPAP users looking for a comfortable and effective solution to prevent mouth breathing during sleep.

It works for me, reducing snoring and improving overall sleep quality. It is very comfortable, but stretches after a few uses. As the fabric stretches to the point where you can't get it tight enough using the velcro on the top.

I guess this works well enough to keep your mouth closed and was not uncomfortable to sleep in, but I found after a few days, my jaw and teeth were sore and there was no other explanation than that I was wearing this. Maybe it caused me to grind my teeth. I do not know, but I stopped wearing it and my jaw was better.

I have been looking for something that would be comfortable and not cost a fortune and this product fits that description perfectly. I do not put this on very tight since I'm prone to headaches but you really do not need to, Even a loose fit will hold your mouth in place. I use this in conjunction with Breathe Right strips and between the two it's affordable, comfortable and there is no doubt my sleep has far less interruption. Very happy with the product and the price point is excellent.

Scratchy on skin and not comfortable. Variable stretching from outer piping to main fabric. Results in tightness just under lip and looseness under chin. Opposite of what I wanted.HOWEVER, apnea events lowered and sore throat less noticeable.

Comfortable, inexpensive, and it work

I purchased this to replace a chin strap I got from my doctor. I like this one more because it's breathable and my face isn't sweaty when I wake up. This keeps my mouth closed throughout the night and I don't wake up with a dry mouth. Also, I like that it doesn't cover my ears. It feels a bit flimsy, but it's still worth the price. I wash it by hand every week and hang to dry.

This works very well to keep my mouth closed during sleep. My mouth doesn't dry out and my wife says my snoring is nearly eliminated. Most importantly, the quality of my sleep is a thousand percent better. I sleep more deeply and more consistently. This model is also comfortable...look for a model with a very large ear opening. I don't know how long it will wear...I'm guessing it may need replacement in 6-9 months.
