In my opinion, agar agar is not easy to work with, compared to other gelatines.I used it for making sweets, but it didn't give the right texture or taste.

Good value for money.
I needed some pectin quite late at night to make some jam and instead of driving 6 miles to buy some I ordered this and it came the next day. It is great value for money - buying individual sachets can be pricey. Does the job - would recommend.
